Job Summary

As a key member of the leadership team, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning our people strategy with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and managing all HR operations in collaboration with our strategic partner, Delta.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues promptly and professionally.
• *
Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent.
• *
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• *
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• *
Maintain pay plan and benefits program in alignment with organizational goals.
• *
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and data analytics.
• *
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management processes.
• *
Lead and facilitate organizational change and strategic initiatives.
• *
Partner with Deltas HR teams on cross-functional projects and shared services.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• *
HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is highly desirable.
• *
Deep knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• *
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• *
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• *
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• *
Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and data reporting tools.
• Experience
• *
Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• *
Experience in a tech-driven or innovative business environment is a strong plus.
• *
Proven track record of leading HR projects and process improvements.
• *
Background in managing HR functions across multiple departments or regions preferred.

Full-Time Position

Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility depending on project needs)
