Why we need this role This position is responsible for delivering high-quality HR services and support across the entire employee lifecycle. The role focuses on key areas such as onboarding, offboarding, data management, benefits administration, and employee support, and encompasses both HR administrative and operational responsibilities. In addition, the role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures while driving continuous improvement in service delivery across multiple countries in Asia. 従業員のライフサイクル全体にわたって、高品質な人事サービスとサポートを提供する責任を負います。本ポジションにおいては、オンボーディング、オフボーディング、データ管理、福利厚生管理、従業員サポートといった分野に重点を置き、人事管理業務と運用業務の両方の責任を担います。また人事ポリシーと手順の遵守を確保するとともに、アジアの複数の国におけるサービス提供の継続的な改善を推進する上で重要な役割を果たします。  What you will do - Manage various HR processes—including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes—and handle employee and manager inquiries via email, phone, or online platforms through to resolution. - Support onboarding and termination procedures, including HRIS data entry, coordination with vendors, and preparation of required documentation. - Manage attendance and leave records in accordance with HR policies and procedures. - Prepare employment-related documents such as employment certificates and invitation letters. - Support visa and work permit processes, including coordination with vendors for expatriate and business visa applications. - Respond to general HR inquiries related to policies, benefits, payroll, staffing, and recruitment. - Track and report overtime hours and support health and safety initiatives. - Support employee benefits programs, including annual leave, insurance benefits, and leave schemes. - Collaborate with HR teams across Asia and global counterparts to ensure a consistent employee experience and efficient HR operations. - Provide orientation support for new hires and guidance to line managers on HR programs and systems.   - 様々な人事プロセス(オンボーディング、オフボーディング、従業員ライフサイクルの変更など)を管理し、従業員およびマネージャーからの問い合わせに、メール、電話、またはオンラインプラットフォームを通じて解決まで対応します。 - オンボーディングおよび退職手続き(HRISへのデータ入力、ベンダーとの調整、書類作成など)をサポートします。 - 人事ポリシーおよび手順に従い、出勤および休暇記録を管理します。 - 雇用関連書類(雇用証明書、招待状など)を作成します。 - ビザおよび労働許可証の手続き(海外駐在員およびビジネスビザ申請のためのベンダーとの連絡を含む)をサポートします。 - ポリシー、福利厚生、給与計算、人員配置、採用に関する一般的な人事関連の問い合わせに対応します。 - 残業時間を追跡・報告し、健康と安全に関する取り組みをサポートします。 - 年次休暇、保険給付、休暇制度などの従業員福利厚生プログラムをサポートします。 - アジアおよびグローバルチームの人事担当者と連携し、一貫した従業員エクスペリエンスと効率的な人事業務を実現します。 - 新入社員にオリエンテーションサポートを提供し、ラインマネージャーには人事プログラムとシステムに関する指導を提供します。   What we're looking for - Business level in Japanese and English (with experience in both verbal and written communication) - 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or employee support within a global or multicultural company - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Strong sense of confidentiality and accountability - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment - Experience with HR systems such as SAP or Workday is a plus   - 日本語と英語:ビジネスレベル(口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション経験) - グローバル企業または多文化企業における人事業務または従業員サポートの3~5年の経験 - Microsoft Officeのスキルと人事システム(SAP、Workdayシステムなど)の経験 - 高いレベルの機密保持能力と責任感 - 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル - 優れた組織力と時間管理能力、マルチタスクを効果的にこなす能力 - 変化の激しい環境において、自立して協調的に業務を遂行できる能力 What we offer you: Looking to make a mark?
