- Provide troubleshooting assistance for residential and/or business customers
- Help customers overcome issues like slow internet speeds, outages, and email support
Skills
- Computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 11
- USB headset
- Webcam
- At least one 15" or larger monitor
- Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload
- Direct Ethernet connection preferred
- Typing speed of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Manual dexterity
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace
- Located in one of the specified states (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico (excluding Las Cruces and Santa Fe County), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin)
- Multitasking capabilities with the ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions, research and utilize resources, and adapt to changes in procedures
- Authenticator apps required (smartphone or tablet with specified OS versions)
- Spanish bilinguals encouraged to apply
