Role Description As an Account Manager, Strategic Initiatives and Multinational Customers you will be a trusted partner to the Senior Vice-President and Account Executives, ensuring execution of commercial and organization priorities. You will guide understanding throughout the company, translate leadership priorities into applicable projects, and deliver organizational programs and strategic engagements. You will report to the SVP, Global Markets Americas and work remote. This is a 100% remote role. • Be the trusted partner to the Senior Vice-President, advising on decision-making, translating priorities into action, and helping leadership achieve organizational goals. • Coordinate cross-regional initiatives to ensure agreement on organization priorities. Engage with all partners to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and use insights to improve organizational objectives. • Plan and complete high-profile, tier-one events and conferences, ensuring understanding of organizational priorities and engagement of executive leadership. • Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and communications to support the SVP and broader leadership team. Ensure messaging is detailed and aligned with organizational goals. • Partner with the SVP to track important projects, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure organizational priorities receive focus. • Help resolve customer issues and commercial disputes in partnership with Account Executives and business leaders. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business, communications or marketing • 8+ years of experience in operations, sales, marketing or business-related roles. • MBA or advanced certificate preferred. Requirements The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $124,695 to $138,550 per year. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
