Job Description:
• As a Growth Consultant at GrowthBench, you will work directly with our clients to optimize their modern digital marketing funnel.
• You’ll bring expertise in either growth marketing (acquisition) or lifecycle marketing (retention/engagement) - or ideally both - and collaborate with internal and client-side stakeholders to move key metrics and improve the full customer journey.
• You will meet with our clients weekly as the primary growth lead to assist clients that are often new to growth marketing automation.
• (Bonus points if you are also an expert in SFMC or PPC).
• You will collaborate with a team of trailblazers, technologists, and operators who are solving complex challenges daily.
• Plan, launch, and optimize customer acquisition campaigns.
• Accurately deploy test and automation tools for our clients.
• Implement A/B testing best practices across top-of-the-funnel campaigns including PPC and display ads and landing pages for our clients.
• Design and run experiments (and other statistical testing methods) with data-driven hypotheses about improvements to the user experience across the entire user journey.
• Develop and execute full-funnel lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, in-app messaging, push notifications and other channels (LCM).
• Create reporting dashboards and be comfortable presenting your results to the client and your peers on a regular basis.
• Work with affiliate and PPC agencies as needed.
• Monitor and optimize ongoing campaign and marketing funnel performance.
Requirements:
• You are an analytical thinker who also has a creative side
• 3-4+ years work experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, lifecycle, CRM, CDP, customer journeys, customer analytics
• Proven experience with Hubspot, Braze, Segment, Iterable, SFCM, Amplitude, Attribution, Mixpanel, or AWS
• Ideally, you have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, or related field (equivalent marketing experience will be considered)
• Ambiguous and open-ended requests don’t scare you
• Familiarity with ETL processes and syncing customer data across systems
• You take a methodical approach to problem-solving and know how to ask the right questions when you don’t have all the answers
• You are a quick learner that is comfortable explaining technical concepts clearly
• You have experience with SaaS platforms and affiliate marketing
