Qualifications:
Health and/or life insurance license required.
· Proven industry experience.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Self-motivated and results-driven.
· Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.
· Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
Must be an experienced licensed life & health agent.

· Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac.
· Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs.
· Provide ongoing enrollment to clients of one of the largest enrollment firms in the country.
· Attend Virtual team meetings and training.
