A global technology leader headquartered in Munich, Germany, transforming how organizations capture and use spatial data is hiring. As they expand the footprint in North America, they are seeking a dynamic Field & Event Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing execution and support revenue growth.
This role sits within the Global Field & Events Marketing team and serves as the North American anchor for localized marketing activation. If you thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and enjoy balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute regional trade shows, roadshows, workshops, partner activations, and customer events.
• Translate global GTM priorities into localized North American marketing programs.
• Develop and activate integrated campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
• Manage partner and ecosystem marketing collaborations.
• Identify and activate customer advocacy opportunities (case studies, speaking engagements, ROI stories).
• Support account-based and expansion marketing initiatives.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and logistics for regional events.
• Track performance using HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Deliver post-event reporting with pipeline attribution and ROI insights.
Qualifications:
• 3-5+ years of B2B field, event, or regional marketing experience.
• Strong hands-on event execution experience (trade shows, roadshows, partner events).
• Proven ability to collaborate with Sales and align marketing to revenue objectives.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a high-autonomy environment.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
• Experience in technology, SaaS, Reality Capture, AEC, Manufacturing, or Digital Twin industries.
• Familiarity with ABX / Account-Based Marketing.
• Experience with partner/channel marketing.
• Experience working with global teams.
