We also offer tuition reimbursement, paid training and development, and a 401(k) and stock purchase plan to help you achieve your long-term goals. **Key Responsibilities** As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience * Responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating complex issues to senior team members * Utilizing our CRM system to track customer interactions, update customer records, and identify areas for improvement * Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive customer experience * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Maintaining accurate records, reports, and metrics to measure customer satisfaction and service quality **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * High school diploma or equivalent certification * At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services or related industry * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience working in a call center or customer service environment * Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or similar platforms * Knowledge of financial products and services, including credit cards, loans, and banking * Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM) * Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong track record of productivity and performance **Work from Home Technology Requirements** To ensure a seamless and secure customer experience, you will need: * A secure home office environment, free from background noise and distractions * A reliable private internet connection, with a minimum speed of 5Mbps and a preferred speed of 10+ Mbps * A private network, password-protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network * Internet service provided by a Cable or Fiber Internet Service Provider (ISP) * Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions **Work from Home Location Requirements** This role is 100% work from home, and we are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories.
