As a member of our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics to lead our team in the fight against online abuse. As a key member of our Trust and Security team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate online abuse, working closely with our Product Management and Engineering teams to build and deploy tools and systems to stay ahead of emerging threats. You'll also be responsible for leading our Business Analytics team, which provides critical insights and data-driven recommendations to inform our business decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and eliminating online abusers, including account takeovers, spam, and other forms of malicious behavior * Collaborate with the Business Analytics team to develop and implement data-driven strategies to prevent and mitigate online abuse * Work closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams to build and deploy tools and systems to stay ahead of emerging threats * Develop and maintain relationships with key cross-functional partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration * Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the Adversarial Abuse and Business Analytics teams * Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines * Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) * 4+ years of experience in a related field, including 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role * Proven track record of success in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to prevent and mitigate online abuse * Strong understanding of online abuse trends and threats, including account takeovers, spam, and other forms of malicious behavior * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large datasets to inform business decisions * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience with SQL, R, and/or Matlab is highly desirable **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate education in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) * 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a focus on data-driven decision-making * Experience working with machine learning models and natural language processing techniques * Strong understanding of online abuse trends and threats, including generative AI and other emerging threats * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools * Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work from home and enjoy a flexible work schedule * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools, including machine learning and natural language processing platforms * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and education programs * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for fighting online abuse, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
