**The Role**
As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, retention, and sales support to our valued customers. **Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, either within or outside a call center
* Completion of a Culture Index assessment
* Verification of internet speed and ability to pass a computer assessment
* Ability to pass a background and drug screen
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Comfortable working in a high-volume role
* Excellent customer service soft skills, including empathy
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure your success in this role, you will need:
