As a Remote Night Shift Customer Service Agent, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Night Shift Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for assigning trips to dispatchers and Care Partners on a nightly basis, answering inbound calls from members, and coordinating evening trips. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Remote Night Shift Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include: * Assigning trips to dispatchers in the Health-E Rides system (approx 700-900 per night) * Building dispatchers' daily schedules with breaks and lunches taken into consideration * Determining which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member * Stacking trips to contracted Care Partners * Answering inbound calls from members during evening hours * Coordinating evening trips as they come in * Assisting with Care Partner-related administrative tasks such as payment processing * Assisting with Level 1 administrative tickets in Zendesk **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation * Healthcare experience preferred * Consistently reliable and able to work evening shifts * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in using technology, including Health-E Rides and Zendesk **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience working in a call center or customer service environment * Familiarity with non-emergency medical transportation industry * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in using technology, including Health-E Rides and Zendesk * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
