**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

* Loading client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases in a timely and accurate manner
* Updating client or company level information changes, such as delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
* Maintaining accurate account information and ensuring the integrity of client taxes
* Collaborating with the team to resolve data-related issues and improve processes
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
* Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
* Microsoft Excel experience (1 year or more)
* Experience working with databases and data systems
