Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry and Enterprise Data Strategy Professional to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Enterprise Data Strategy Organization, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the company to drive innovation and bring arenaflex to the forefront of the data economy. Your primary responsibility will be to support the development of revolutionary and impactful strategies through our strategic partnerships to drive business growth and credit and fraud risk management excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the improvement of innovative and impactful strategies through our strategic partnerships to drive business growth and credit and fraud risk management excellence
- Support the Enterprise Data Strategy across the customer lifecycle via dependent and risk-based total principles
- Analyze present and new data assets to identify opportunities that will optimize our data solutions and address business needs
- Review and monitor data quality, coverage, and freshness
- Analyze existing data to develop metrics that provide robust controls and insights
- Collaborate with new data and existing partners to identify new data opportunities and enhance present data exchange processes
- Closely partner with colleagues across CFR Data Strategy, Product Owners, Compliance, CFR Risk Strategy, CFR Fraud Strategy, and Decisions Science
- Support the team with third-party relationships management and adherence to arenaflex's Third Party Lifecycle Management program
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrixed organization to deliver solutions at top speed
- Ability to manage and lead large-scale projects with multiple past functional partners
- Good communication and influencing skills with the ability to translate data and analytics into business insights and recommendations, conceptualize and promote ideas
- Strong technical skills to perform data analysis, analytics, and matrices tracking/reporting
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark, SAS, and familiar with big data and cloud environments
- Experience in a financial services company in a data or analytics function
- Knowledge of Credit Risk and or Fraud Risk standards, practices, or external Credit or Fraud Risk data assets preferred
- Master's Degree or higher required, concentration in a quantitative discipline preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under fluid environments

- Experience in data strategy and analytics, with a focus on credit and fraud risk management
