**The Opportunity**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers in our lobbies and at gates, helping them with ticketing, baggage, and other travel-related issues. You'll provide friendly, professional, and insightful service, resolving customer travel issues and making their experience memorable. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility, allowing you to balance your time between our Remote office and home.
**Responsibilities**
* Interact with customers in a kind and useful manner, crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and dedication
* Anticipate customer needs, maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we have inconvenienced a customer
* Work with a safety mentality, ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards
* Navigate challenges by being steady yet adaptable, maintaining composure and managing issues without taking customer frustration personally
* Collaborate with others, supporting your colleagues and helping them be successful with new processes and technologies
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma, GED or equivalent
* Minimum of 18 years old
* Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, as well as lift and handle baggage
* Ability to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
* Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
* Ability to meet the Company attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards
