We are a growing pet-care and mobile dog gym company looking for an experienced paid ads manager to oversee and optimize our campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
This is an ongoing role for someone who can take ownership of performance, stay current with platform best practices, and communicate clearly each week.
Our goal is simple: generate high-quality leads at a profitable cost while continuously improving results.
Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Monitor performance and make data-driven adjustments
• Test new creatives, audiences, and strategies
• Stay up to date on platform changes and best practices
• Provide weekly performance reports with insights and next steps
• Help create a simple process for submitting and testing new ad ideas
Requirements
• Proven experience with both Google and Meta ads
• Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide actionable insights
• Organized, reliable, and responsive
