**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our overnight team, providing top-notch support to our clients' customers. As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing empathetic support to customers who have experienced lost or stolen accounts. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home opportunity, with a flexible schedule that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.
**Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to lost or stolen accounts
* Filing disputes and shutting down debit cards for customer safety
* Maintaining an empathetic and professional tone throughout all calls
* Working with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associate's degree preferred
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Background check required
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to use a wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (no Wi-Fi)
* Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 15 or higher) smartphone
* Either a smartphone with unlimited minutes or a landline phone
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1 year of customer service experience
* Experience working in a call center or remote work environment
* Knowledge of banking or financial services industry
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
**Training and Development**

* Virtual classroom training on February 10, 2025, from 5 PM to 10 PM (HR Training / Tech Services)
* On-the-job training starting on February 17, 2025
