Key Responsibilities:
• Draft legal documents, including letters, pleadings, motions, and affidavits.
• Manage and maintain case files, ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally.
• Assist attorneys with hearing and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating witnesses.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling and managing calendars.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and case management.
About You:
• 3+ years of experience in family law, with expertise in drafting legal documents and managing case files.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, video conferencing platforms, and legal research tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Work remotely with your own laptop and smartphone with broadband internet access.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
