**Key Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our store operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers, running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to enhance their shopping experience
* Working with our food program to provide customers with a wide range of products and services
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to our high standards for store appearance
* Providing fast and friendly service to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly
* Interacting with customers daily, building strong relationships and fostering a positive shopping experience
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily goals, sharing ideas and best practices to drive sales and customer satisfaction
* Participating in regular store meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with company initiatives and product knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* A strong customer service focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
* Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional lifting and bending required
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong work ethic and motivation to learn and grow
