**Key Responsibilities**
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Learning our proprietary systems and processes for delivering scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
* Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently, while maintaining our high standards of customer support
* Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, while consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Participating in daily stand-up meetings with the team to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth

**Schedule and Compensation**
