Job Summary
The primary function of this position is to update our database within assigned markets, assisting with maintaining database integrity by entering new and updated customer and account information. The successful candidate will reconcile incoming census and request new lead information, drive maintenance, and enter new lead information of existing facilities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Update database within assigned markets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Enter new and updated customer and account information, reconciling incoming census and requesting new lead information
- Reconcile census, drive maintenance, and enter new lead information of existing facilities
- Enter new admissions into the CRM system and set them up as an account
- Send out and receive mail and packages, updating returned mail
- Update the parent/home account with death and discharges
- Send and receive faxes and emails
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 1-3 years of customer service experience with a service company (preferred)
- Salesforce.com or CRM experience (preferred)
- Strong customer service skills, responding promptly to customer needs and requests
- Reconciliation skills, with the ability to reconcile from different sources to get an accurate picture
- Organizational skills, prioritizing and planning work activities, and using time efficiently
- Quality control and attention to detail, demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness, and monitoring own work to ensure quality
- Adaptability, adapting to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands, and dealing with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
