You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization and make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide a customer-centric approach to innovation initiatives, applying division/department business knowledge to ensure value alignment * Responsible for the delivery and support of solutions and services that are factually and practically sound, well-coordinated, align with technical methodologies, and meet or exceed customer requirements * Model the arenaflex Way, guiding and leading colleagues using SWA talent management practices to mentor, develop, and engage employees * Uphold arenaflex values and skills to cultivate a culture of empathy, recognition, and support of a safe workplace * Invest in leadership and self-development through participation in continuous learning and improvement * Participate fully in organizational cycles and initiatives, including performance management, meetings, planning, training, etc. * Lead the goal of association, group, and individual issues, making suitable decisions * Create and execute strategies and processes to improve performance and the value of products and services delivered * Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and services to address business issues * Provide technical thought leadership in assigned functional areas * Deliver technology solutions using best practices to achieve maximum team efficiency while delivering high-quality products * Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, processes, and solutions related to assigned responsibilities * Build strong, collaborative relationships and credibility while influencing and driving change across separate Business and Innovation Groups * Work with Innovation and colleagues to quantify financial benefits and actual business value * May perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs **Essential Qualifications** * U.S. citizenship or current approval to work in the U.S. is required, and no current or future work approval sponsorship is available * High school diploma or GED * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Organization, or related field, and/or equivalent conventional training * Proven experience in directly or indirectly leading team(s) * Fully functioning, extensive knowledge in: + Business or potentially Data Innovation climate + Leading teams and providing work direction * Authorizing/Certification * Ability to perform work duties from a limited space workstation/office area for extended periods * Ability to communicate and collaborate with others in the English language to fulfill the needs of the job * Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with adequate speed and precision to satisfy the needs of the job **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Organization, or related field * Proven experience in project management philosophies * Gifted in excellent collaborating, discussion, and communication to work with communications with business Clients and innovation groups * Ability to give strategic leadership to Team(s) * Ability to use suitable inspiration and influence methods to achieve desired team results * Ability to set and oversee partner expectations * Ability to deliver quality projects on time and within budget * Ability to manage projects using the association's project management procedure **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
