**Job Summary**
As an IT Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data entry and server farm management systems. You'll be responsible for providing expert-level support, project management, and maintenance to guarantee the functional maintainability of our basic infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the functional maintainability of the basic infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces.
* Collaborate with the IT Offices Group to ensure the smooth operation of our data entry and server farm management systems.
* Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with all governing corporate policies and regulations.
* Project manage server farm and distant correspondence room guidelines capital upgrades, updates, and improvements.
* Determine IT and basic offices services, ensuring precise documentation, getting best costs for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual commitments.
* Provide proactive and break-fix support for alert/ticket remediation connected with offices, distant correspondence rooms, lab, and server farm gear.
* Ensure functional maintainability of airport basic climate framework.
* Foster Plan Guidelines for Distant Correspondence Room Space, UPS, central air, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) frameworks.
* Coordinate distant maintenance and break-fix exercises for airport basic hardware.
* Survey/Store Support Records. Guarantee disparities are remediated.
* Provide distant Episode Management goal to airport basic hardware.
* Provide distant establishment, setup, and functional support.
* Maintain severe adherence to change control exercises.
* Balance multiple needs within established time limitations
* Adaptability to help an activity with differing shifts, broadened hours, and available to work necessities.
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
* Regularly focuses on safety and security of self, others, and personal information.
* Embraces diverse individuals, thinking, and styles.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology, business administration)
* At least 3 years of experience in IT task management within a high-availability communication room or potentially server farm working environment, everyday functional requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment.
* Strong knowledge of server farm technology and basic offices framework
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple needs within established time limitations
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with supervisory staff, vendors, and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and security of self, others, and personal information
* Embraces diverse individuals, thinking, and styles
**Preferred Qualifications**
* IT task management experience with at least 3 years within a high-availability communication room or potentially server farm working environment, everyday functional requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment.
* Strong knowledge of IT task management principles and practices
* Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
* Experience with data entry and server farm management systems
* Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices
