**Job Summary**
As an Inside Sales Consultant with arenaflex, you will be responsible for promoting advertising and marketing services to local businesses across the US and Canada. Your primary goal will be to educate business owners about the benefits of arenaflex's advertising platform and help them achieve their sales objectives. You will work in a supportive virtual team environment with the flexibility to work from home.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Train, strategize, and efficiently promote arenaflex advertising programs through a high volume of outbound sales calls, which will be 100% phone-based.
* Your primary objective is to acquire as many businesses as possible. You will work on one of the following schedules (in your local time), or as otherwise determined by your supervisor:
+ 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
+ 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
+ 9:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.
* Personalize and manage a pipeline of clients ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners, all organized in our CRM (Salesforce).
* Enjoy the flexibility of working from the comfort of your own home to promote advertising to small local businesses on a fixed Monday to Friday schedule.
* Become an expert in arenaflex's advertising solutions and adapt product pointers quickly to meet customer demands. Asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be crucial to your success.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic and tenacity.
* Live organized and manage your time effectively to complete your daily tasks, as your income is a numbers game, and you're here to win.
**What It Takes to Succeed**
* GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR a Bachelor's Degree.
* No fear of the smartphone.
* Proficiency in widespread computer and email skills, as we use Google Suite and provide a MacBook computer.
* A work environment free of distractions.
* Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight.
* Must possess current US sales authorization.
