With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we're dedicated to building a positive and motivating work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and success. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies. If you're a self-driven, success-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and a strong background in Spanish, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry * Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve customer issues * Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy * Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues * Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously * Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions * Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Essential Qualifications** * 18 years of age or older * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred * Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems * High level of professionalism, including excellent verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable working from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period * Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period * Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet * Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required * NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites * NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in customer support or technical support role * Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act * Previous experience in a Call Center environment * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices * Spanish Bilingual, a plus **What We Offer** * Paid Training * Full-Time, Seasonal role * Performance and attendance-based incentives, in addition to the base pay * The convenience of working from home * Collaborative and supportive team environment * 401K Match * Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) * Paid time off (PTO) **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to building a positive and motivating work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and success.
