We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team as an Advisory Technical Architect. **Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet those needs
* Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions using a range of technologies, including cloud platforms, microservices, and APIs
* Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets arenaflex's coding standards and best practices
* Work closely with our DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software solutions
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and cloud application development
* Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions
* Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS and OpenShift (Kubernetes)
* Experience with microservices architecture, API design, and development
* Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and cloud application development
* Experience working with business rules engines and business process management systems
* Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including containerization and orchestration
