We are seeking a US-based Senior Project Manager to support an active public-sector client portfolio while also helping drive internal operations and government contracting coordination forward.
This is a part-time role (25–30 hours/week) for someone who can take ownership of defined workstreams, operate independently, and proactively move initiatives forward with minimal direction.
Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Management (Majority of Hours)
- Own and manage 2–3 concurrent workstreams within a public-sector client portfolio
- Maintain structured tracking and reporting in Monday.com and ClickUp
- Coordinate stakeholder follow-ups and manage timelines
- Monitor dependencies and surface risks early
- Prepare concise executive-level status updates
- Ensure documentation is organized and accessible
Government Contracting & Proposal Coordination:
- Monitor RFP/RFQ platforms for aligned opportunities
- Maintain and update a government opportunity pipeline tracker
- Summarize viable opportunities for review
- Coordinate with an external proposal manager on submissions
- Track deadlines and required documentation
Internal Operations Support (~5 hrs/week):
- Support internal PM tool workflow refinement
- Assist with template and system development
