**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack SAP Basis Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP systems and applications, as well as providing technical support and guidance to business stakeholders. This is a full-time remote position, and the successful candidate will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, implement, and maintain SAP systems and applications, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/BI, SAP GRC, and other related systems
* Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as client duplication, system duplication, client export/import, and system refresh
* Monitor system performance, investigate issues, and optimize system resources to ensure high availability and performance
* Manage and troubleshoot SAP Transport Management System (TMS) for shipping changes between SAP systems
* Plan and execute backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems
* Design and implement integration points and interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems
* Analyze system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance tuning measures to improve system performance
* Maintain accurate documentation of SAP system designs, methodologies, and standards
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies (SOX, PCI, Corporate, etc.)
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Data Innovation, or a related field
* 7+ years of experience as a SAP Basis Administrator or in a similar role with a medium to large-sized organization
* Demonstrated expertise in SAP installation, setup, and configuration
* SAP certifications are an asset
* Excellent DB2 and AIX skills and experience
* In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies, architecture, and components
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to continuously develop processes by implementing automation whenever possible
* Adaptability to work outside regular business hours for system maintenance and support activities
* Strong commitment to maintaining system security and data integrity
* Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Software Engineering, Data Innovation, or a related field
* Experience with SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and other related technologies
* Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies
* Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services
* Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools
* Experience with IT service management and ITIL frameworks

* The work environment is a typical office climate with office lighting.
* The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required when performing task tasks in or around your assigned department or in another department.
