As a Remote Part-Time Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers via live chat, phone, and email. You'll be the face of arenaflex, championing our core values and providing personalized solutions to our customers' needs. * Maintain knowledge of all arenaflex products, including fit, styles, and inventory
* Assist customers in finding styles that meet their individual style and event needs
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect
* Deliver personalized service while meeting quality and productivity goals
* Share customer feedback and information with other team members and leaders to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience
* Contribute to an empathetic, positive, and energetic team culture
**What You'll Do:**

**What You'll Have:**
* Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Computer proficiency (G Suite, Google Chrome Browser, Slack, Zoom, etc)
* High-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider with a minimum 10Mbps connection (arenaflex will provide laptop & headset)

* You have at least 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment

**What You Need to Know:**
* This is a remote part-time role, and you must reside as a permanent resident in one of the following states: Massachusetts, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Texas, Illinois, Arizona, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, Kansas
* You must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours/week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed
* You must be able to attend our 3-week virtual training program, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST
* You must pass an assessment at the end of the training program to demonstrate your knowledge and skills
