Our team of professionals is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provides exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Processes transactions, including registering sales, collecting cash, and dispensing change as needed * Maintains accurate records, including patient and medication data, and ensures data is entered correctly into our pharmacy systems * Assists pharmacists with tasks, such as filling prescriptions, counting and pouring medications, and checking for potential interactions * Reports any medication errors to the pharmacist on duty and adheres to our organization's policies and procedures regarding medication errors and the Quality Improvement Program * Handles calls that do not require individual attention from the pharmacist, including those to doctors * Processes manual cases for external program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner * Performs other administrative tasks, as assigned by the Pharmacy Director * Assists with stock management activities, including ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications * Maintains knowledge of our organization's resource security methods and records claims for distribution center overages, deficiencies, order errors, or damaged products, including Rx medications * Ensures compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances (e.g., cocktails and tobacco products) * Builds and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special designs, and completes resets and corrections as directed * Assists with the division of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by strategies/methods (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves) * Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment * Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital identification photo services, banner print, and creative machine, and sells special photo items * Takes on web pick-up responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles requests, and delivers requests to customers as they arrive at the store) * Assists with external and internal maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-organized store environment and appearance * Adheres to all organizational policies and procedures;
