We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our team, working remotely and contributing to the daily administration of our 401(k) plan and other benefits programs. **About the Team/Position** As a full stack data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for the daily administration of our 401(k) plan and other benefits programs. You'll work closely with our senior leadership team and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve and streamline our processes, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Your expertise in data analysis, project management, and benefits program design will be invaluable in shaping the financial wellbeing of our associates. **What You'll Carry** * You're familiar with balancing multiple tasks concurrently and have the agility to re-prioritize tasks as required. * You've got project management experience, including data analysis, market research, and benefits program design. * You're adaptable, curious, and not comfortable with the status quo, but rather are constantly looking to improve applications, procedures, and results. * You have excellent listening skills, critical thinking abilities, and articulate communication skills. * You own strong analytical skills, some knowledge of statistical analysis, and are comfortable working with large data sets. * You bring knowledge of 401(k) plans or other retirement plans. **What You'll Do** * Work with senior leadership team and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate processes are in place to maintain compliance with 401(k) associated regulations. * Manage enrollment requests within allocated time frames. * Develop, organize, and facilitate process training to ensure compliance. * Participate with internal and external stakeholders to roll out and communicate community procedures, communication materials, and resources to the team. * Support with escalated calls associated with appeals cases. * Write and respond to service inquiries from customers. * Develop, monitor, and report outcomes to management. * Manage third-party administrators (TPAs) by researching and benchmarking new TPAs and business partners. * Provide analytical support and recommendations to senior management to make plan design decisions. * Conduct on-site visits and audits. * Work with TPA contacts to ensure service and financial goals are met according to contractual agreement. * Maintain open lines of communication with TPAs. * Translate requirements to ensure proper interpretation and benefits management. * Provide education and training to TPAs. * Review and approve third-party and supplemental plan communications. * Generally review and recommend upgrades to multiple benefits systems. * Manage digital eligibility files and discrepancies for all benefits plans to ensure they are administered and achieved in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. * Develop and enforce necessary reporting and controls around business strategies to ensure accuracy and compliance. **Manages Plan Design Change Projects for Benefits Systems** * Study challenge requirements. * Interpret record layout requirements and evaluate them to current systems. * Translate record requirements to ensure proper business procedures and benefits management from a systems perspective. * Evaluate modern system barriers. * Determine needed system changes to support record requirements. * Identify potential effects of changes to system processes. * Participate with information systems division to determine the best solution while maintaining compliance. * Influence and negotiate with vendors to house record connectivity. * Provide guidance to new vendors regarding requirements for system connectivity. * Manage eligibility report programming among multiple vendors. * Resolve complex issues which affect internal teams and external vendors. * Develop performance reviews. **Develops Challenge Plans and Leads Business Customers Through the Challenge Management System** * Determine wanted changes and record requirements. * Ensure adoption of changes and record requirements. * Create communication plans to announce challenge techniques to leadership, challenge team, and stakeholders. * Work with the business unit and project team to determine challenge approval parameters. * Handle the approval process for mission parameter adjustments. **Demonstrates Up-to-Date Expertise and Applies This to the Development, Execution, and Improvement of Action Plans** * Provide professional advice and guidance to others in the application of data and best practices. * Support and align efforts to meet client and business needs. * Build commitment for views and rationales.
