**About the Role**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry and Customer Service Professional, you will play a critical role in supporting the medication dispensing process at our closed-door pharmacy. You will be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with other team members to ensure accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Perform order entry tasks and collaborate with other team members to ensure accuracy
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Calculate and/or verify correct dosage based on prescriptions
* Assist in reviewing narcotic prescriptions in a timely manner
* Provide dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
* Create and maintain accurate customer records

**Required Qualifications**
* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
* One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience in the long-term care industry
* PTCB National Certification
**Education**
* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$30.00 - $60.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
