**Job Overview**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in a contractor role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support services to our clients. You'll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with all their needs. With a variety of clients across different industries, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
**Schedule and Flexibility**

You'll have the opportunity to create a work schedule that suits your needs, as long as it aligns with our clients' operating hours. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule.
**Earnings and Revenue**
As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client and the type of support services you provide. Our rates range from $17 to $20 per hour, and your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to earn extra incentives based on client and performance metrics.

* **Valid and up-to-date antivirus software** installed
* **Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad** needed for authentication

**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor, you'll have a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with us. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us.
