**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our plan members through inbound calls, emails, and chats. **Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality
* Proficiency in Windows-based applications and software
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or higher preferred
