**Job Description**
As an In-Studio Game Presenter, you will be responsible for engaging with at-home players and presenting our casino games live on-camera from our private, state-of-the-art broadcasting studio. You will be the face of arenaflex, providing an exceptional gaming experience for our players and promoting a positive and professional image of our brand.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Present live casino games to at-home players in a professional and engaging manner
* Interact with players through live chat and provide a memorable experience
* Follow studio guidelines and protocols to ensure a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience
* Participate in training and development programs to improve presentation skills and knowledge of casino games

**Qualifications:**
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
* Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
* Must wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards
* At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
* Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
* Professional, mature, and understand the importance of workplace guidelines
* Strong service mindset and excellent communication abilities
* Ability to engage and offer a memorable experience for our live players
* Quick learners who adapt seamlessly to new concepts
**Physical Functions:**
* Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
* Repeated use of both hands and arms
* Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
* Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
* Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
* Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
* Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
