You'll work closely with our customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and exceed their expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer experiences through consultative approaches, resolving complex issues, and exceeding customer expectations * Utilize consultative skills to understand customer needs, propose options, and provide solutions * Work closely with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive business growth * Take complex customer orders, provide precise pricing information, and ensure timely delivery * Collect, package, and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring accurate labeling, weighing, and packaging * Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-provided unique media and reports * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized retail environment, adhering to arenaflex's safety protocols and guidelines * Process financial transactions using a retail location terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change * Clean, repair, and stock all retail location printing and delivery equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance and availability * Stay current on retail location marketing materials and ensure proper display of all retail region products and signage * Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes and propose solutions * Collaborate with management to reduce organization costs/waste and enhance productivity in areas of responsibility * Apply Quality principles introduced at training during daily activities * Uphold arenaflex's Quality drives and initiatives **Essential Qualifications and Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or a related field * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to remain standing for entire shift, excluding dinner and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability to twist/bend at the waist and knees consistently * Ability to speak effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under significant pressure * Ability to maintain attention and focus for extended periods * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Ability to report consistently to work and maintain established business hours to support the arenaflex business **Preferred Qualifications and Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in a related field * Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment * Knowledge of printing, binding, and other related equipment * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience with financial transactions and cash handling * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information * Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve complex issues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and financial transactions **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to empowering our employees to grow, learn, and thrive in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
