**About the Role:**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Directing data analysis to make business or product proposals (i.e., cost savings, investment opportunities, determining, influence analysis)
* Presenting findings and proposals to various levels of stakeholders, creating visual presentations of quantitative data
* Creating and automating reports, iteratively building and modeling dashboards to provide insights at scale, addressing scientific needs
* Collaborating with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, identifying and completing analysis that includes data collection, analysis, continuous scaled expectations, and presentations
* Assisting arenaflex in focusing on key decisions to improve products and services
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Data Analysis and Interpretation:
+ Direct data analysis to make business or product proposals

+ Create and automate reports

**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Sciences, etc.)
* Experience working with data sets (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, etc.)
* Experience articulating research questions, extracting data from datasets (SQL), and using insights to arrive at a conclusion
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Currently pursuing a graduate degree in a quantitative field
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
* Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, etc.)
* Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
* Strong business acumen and ability to make recommendations based on data analysis
