**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to drive success. You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data entry, data analysis, and process improvement. You'll work closely with our team to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, and you'll collaborate with our engineering groups to develop and implement solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Proactively identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in our data entry process across multiple disciplines
* Preserve, extend, and aid our present development gear
* Build and guide custom asset pipelines
* Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
* Collaborate with our team to generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs given the hassle context and improvement timetable, implement the selected answer, and help the adoption of the solution by the team
* Assist, develop, and preserve arenaflex's present set of engine-precise and custom gear that we use each day
**Essential Qualifications**
* Strong passion for empowering others to do their best work
* Enjoy working with the overall device lifecycle: coming across issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness
* Enjoy operating with custom standalone gear
* Enjoy growing gear which can be utilized by many recreation development disciplines
* Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and Net Tech
* Ability to work efficaciously in a self-directed environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with custom game engines
* Unreal or Unity experience
* JavaScript and Net Tech experience
* Familiarity with required utility materials
