**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Medicaid Coordination of Benefits group by ensuring the accuracy of other essential health insurance data and contributing to the elements of the coordination of benefits group through data analysis. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve data discrepancies, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our systems, including Medicaid COB information
* Analyze data to identify trends and discrepancies, and provide recommendations for improvement
* Collaborate with the Medicaid Coordination of Benefits group to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track data and performance metrics
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and efficiency
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in data entry and analysis
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or data analysis
* 2-3 years of experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
* Proficiency in QNXT and SQL Server Management Studio
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2-3 years of experience in claims handling, preferably in the healthcare industry
* High school certificate or G.E.D.
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards
