You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve data discrepancies, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our systems, including Medicaid COB information * Analyze data to identify trends and discrepancies, and provide recommendations for improvement * Collaborate with the Medicaid Coordination of Benefits group to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track data and performance metrics * Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and efficiency * Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in data entry and analysis **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or data analysis * 2-3 years of experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies * Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders * Proficiency in QNXT and SQL Server Management Studio * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * 2-3 years of experience in claims handling, preferably in the healthcare industry * High school certificate or G.E.D. * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau * Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies * Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
