**Responsibilities**
As a Content Strategist- Customer Advocacy Specialist, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly customer advocacy content that meets the complex stakeholder requirements of our business. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing Marcom strategy by interviewing customers, authoring creative briefs, and helping define compelling storylines to meet our marketing objectives.
* Creating impactful storylines and content for digital and sales enablement teams, including case studies, customer testimonials, and sales pitches.
* Managing administrative tasks such as team huddles, priority alignment, reporting, communication, required trainings, internal site updates, and staying active in our project management system.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in our marketing efforts.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing and customer advocacy.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Experience in a Customer Marketing or Customer Reference program developing B2B case studies with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to identify and write compelling narratives for customer pitches and briefs.
