Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our e-Filing team. As a remote member of our team, you will play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. Collaborating closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams, you will work on projects, resolve issues, and strive to meet common goals. Key Responsibilities: - Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand knowledge of the industry and processes - Investigate discrepancies and issues as they arise, providing timely and effective solutions - Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: - No prior experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is a significant plus - Technical experience is strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of computer systems and software applications - Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently - High school diploma or GED required, with a strong foundation in basic computer skills and typing - Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a high level of productivity - Desire and ability to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook - Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 words per minute, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience in data entry, legal document management, or a related field - Advanced technical skills, including experience with online platforms and tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve issues effectively - Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
