**Position Overview**
As a Treasury Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in our efforts to reunite unclaimed properties with their rightful owners. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting thorough research to determine the rightful ownership of property consisting of cash, securities, and/or safe deposit box contents
* Reviewing and analyzing a wide variety of legal documents and informational paperwork submitted by claimants
* Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data and ensuring the security of our systems and processes
* Providing exceptional customer service in a call center environment, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct thorough research to determine the rightful ownership of property consisting of cash, securities, and/or safe deposit box contents
* Review and analyze a wide variety of legal documents and informational paperwork submitted by claimants
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and ensure the security of our systems and processes
* Provide exceptional customer service in a call center environment, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* One year of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems (Treasury Customer Service Representative 6)
* Two years of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems, including one year equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 (Treasury Customer Service Representative 7)
* Three years of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems, including two years equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 or one year equivalent to a Treasury Customer Service Representative 7 (Treasury Customer Service Representative E8)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a call center environment
* Knowledge of unclaimed property laws and regulations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
