Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Job Summary** As an Admin 1 - Data Entry, you'll be responsible for a variety of data entry tasks associated with the QIC DME program. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Enter accurate and complete data into computer programs, ensuring compliance with established procedures and protocols * Produce and maintain data reports, identifying inconsistencies or issues and alerting management accordingly * Perform database queries to support analysis and reporting, and provide feedback on data quality and integrity * Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and reliable * Assist in the creation and closure of medical case files, including data entry and records management * Provide support with decision notification, including mailing and faxing decision letters to relevant parties * Accurately update the Medicare Appeal system (MAS) and other databases, ensuring that all information is current and accurate * Demonstrate and maintain appropriate judgment when handling confidential information * Determine when work assignments require supervisor intervention, and escalate issues as necessary * Perform other duties as assigned by management, including special projects and tasks **Minimum Requirements** * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required * 0-2 years of relevant experience required, preferably in data entry or a related field * Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred * Prior experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems preferred * Must be a US Citizen or have lived in the US for the last 5 years, working continuously for 3 years **Home Office Requirements** * Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity) * Minimum 5mbps upload speed * Connectivity to the internet via Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router * Private work area and adequate power source * Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
