Our leadership is based on the foundation of trustworthiness, honesty, dedication, and identifying talented workers who share similar qualities and are committed to continuous development. **Why Join arenaflex?** • We are a family-owned business who believe that people are our greatest resource • We are dedicated and strongly believe in the importance of work/life balance • We are a pet-friendly workplace • We believe in Collaboration (Together Everybody Achieves More) • Opportunities for growth within the Buying Division • Competitive compensation • Full benefits **Key Responsibilities** As an experienced data entry clerk, you will be responsible for: • Processing purchase orders based on daily and monthly receipt measurements • Collaborating with Project Administrators to receive updates on open requests • Working with the A/P Office to address upcoming invoices • Contacting vendors for information regarding Purchase Request • Creating and updating the open purchase orders report daily to provide visibility on the status of orders • Allocating team responsibility based on the open purchase report • Updating and managing the receiving and open purchase request metric figure out succeed sheet • Sending accounting directors a monthly report based on office performance • Updating and managing the execution improvement log • Accommodating unvouchered receipts • Other duties as assigned **Requirements** • Bachelor's Degree required; Four-year degree preferred • Two to five years of experience in receiving or purchasing • Must be at least 18 years old • Successful Pre-Work Medication • Microsoft Dynamics SL experience is an asset • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Solid organizational and follow-up skills required • Meticulous and a high level of self-motivation • Ability to work in a safe and professional manner complying with all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State and Government guidelines • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position • Workers will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing upon reasonable suspicion or other regulatory requirement • The organization is a "pet-friendly" workplace **General Responsibilities for All Employees** • Commitment to arenaflex values and adherence to arenaflex standards, policies, procedures, and methodologies • Follows all health and safety protocols • Respects and safeguards confidential and proprietary records and information • Meets work plan requirements • Performs any other duties as assigned • We are an equal opportunity employer of protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
