**Job Description**
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from home and directly assist families and schools that participate in the scholarship program. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to incoming calls related to student inquiries, scholarship application, and funding status
* Ensuring that all questions are answered, callers are satisfied, and students are registered
* Providing excellent customer service experience through strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Remaining empathetic, personable, and compassionate during sometimes difficult, tense situations
* Multitasking and managing multiple calls simultaneously
* Accurately typing and navigating PC/internet-based systems

**Requirements**
* At least one year of customer service/call center experience
* English proficiency (a language assessment will be required)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering an excellent customer service experience
* Ability to remain empathetic, personable, and compassionate during sometimes difficult, tense situations
* Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and ability to multitask
* Accurate typing and keyboard skills; comfort with PC/internet navigation
