About the Role
In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for scheduling drug tests, communicating with testing facilities, and managing DOT and non-DOT random programs. You will also accurately enter and cross-reference background check information into our system, ensuring completeness and precision. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer support via phone, fax, email, and online chat, addressing client and candidate inquiries regarding background screening reports, status updates, and drug tests.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule drug tests, communicate with testing facilities, and manage DOT and non-DOT random programs.
- Accurately enter and cross-reference background check information into our system, ensuring completeness and precision.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, fax, email, and online chat, addressing client and candidate inquiries regarding background screening reports, status updates, and drug tests.
- Assist in other departments as needed, learning different processes to serve as a backup.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to relevant data screening laws and regulations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing drug and alcohol testing programs, including DOT and Non-DOT compliance. You will also need to have a strong working knowledge of federal and state regulations related to drug and alcohol testing, particularly Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements under 49 CFR Part 40.
Essential Qualifications
- Drug Test Program Management: Minimum of 2 years of experience managing drug and alcohol testing programs, including DOT and Non-DOT compliance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Strong working knowledge of federal and state regulations related to drug and alcohol testing, particularly Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements under 49 CFR Part 40.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Experience in scheduling drug tests for individuals and companies, ensuring timely and accurate testing in compliance with industry-specific regulations.
- Random Testing Program Management: Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage Random Drug Testing Programs for clients, including database management, selecting participants, and ensuring compliance.
- Client Interaction & Support: Excellent customer service skills with a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a professional environment, preferably in compliance, healthcare, or drug testing program management.
