**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst – Customer Service to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and inform strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with our internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and effective use of labor force management and operational data across the customer service capability.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Create and maintain global customer service dashboards and reports for both internal stakeholders and external partners within various Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau
* Collaborate with the arenaflex Data Insights team to migrate ad-hoc Tableau dashboards into arenaflex's custom data visualization tools
* Extract, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer service data
* Provide level one support to external partners and internal customers on data-related queries. Work with Data Engineering teams to ensure timely resolution of data integrity issues
* Train and educate customers on how to effectively use and interpret reports and data
* Develop and maintain cutting-edge documentation, including data dictionaries, report definitions, and best practices
* Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, business processes, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Prepare and present regular executive-level reports on status, insights, and trends to inform and drive strategic business decisions
* Design and implement comprehensive and predictable methodologies, tools, and processes related to dashboard maintenance and reporting support
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or other relevant quantitative field or equivalent work experience
* 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business acumen, preferably in a customer service or related functional setting
* Proficiency in data management and analysis using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
* Proven expertise in designing and creating complex reports, dashboards, and insights that provide meaningful insights to drive operational improvements
* Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
* Project/program management, process improvement, influencing, presenting, and consulting skills
* Communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills – the ability to convey complex ideas in simple terms, engaging diverse audiences to drive results
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
* Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
* Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and informing strategic decision-making through data-driven insights
