Responsibilities
Key Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Participate in NSF training according to the program’s requirements.
- Develop effective work plans for the completion of assigned audits within a determined timeframe.
- Monitor and report client needs, service delivery issues, and competitive threats to management team.
- Update and develop workflows as needed.
- Create and keep up to date all the IC’s contracts.
- Update the auditor’s matrix and GRIP information.
- Assign trainings and give the correct qualifications to the auditors in GRIP.
- Support auditors with Iaudit, Oasis and IPulse.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with audit reporting and CARs deadlines
- Give support and manage auditor’s needs.
- Assist with the development of auditor training and calibration.
- Management of documentation related to contracted auditors, contracts, qualifications, and general personnel requirements.
- Review audit scheduling and completion to ensure that all timelines and audit requirements are met for key customers.
- Manage the team of ICS and FTE auditors (if applicable)
- Evaluate and approve auditors expenses reports when requested.
- Management of the process for selecting, onboarding, training, and certifying auditors within the system.
- Auditors KPIs maintenance, evaluation, and feedbacks.
- Provide Onboarding training to new auditors.
- Communicate and guarantee auditor alignments (operational and technical).
- Coordinate onsite training activities (shadow and witness) for auditors as required.
- Coordinate the work of the coordinator (who is responsible for scheduling) to track progress toward goals, monitor ongoing activities, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Give support as necessary to business team (operational and technical).
- Perform other functions when requested.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading or coordinating audit teams.
- Previous experience as an Auditors Manager is strongly preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Results‑driven mindset with focus on KPIs and delivery.
- Ability to operate independently with professional judgment.
