As a Customer Support Technician, you'll play a critical role in empowering our customers to achieve their goals and resolve their technical issues efficiently and effectively. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional support experiences, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Technician at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing world-class customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and messenger * Developing expertise in our software platform and staying up-to-date with new features and improvements * Managing customer issues and emails efficiently and effectively * Documenting and troubleshooting product issues using our internal reporting tools * Monitoring and reviewing customer account user-submitted content for pernicious activity * Staying abreast of new arenaflex product features and improvements * Identifying and clearly reporting customer issues to other teams as appropriate * Supporting the rest of the company on cross-functional issues when required **You** We're looking for a talented and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer support experiences. If you're a: * Voracious learner who is constantly curious about how things work * Creator who is always willing to take initiative with a can-do attitude * Helper who is known among friends and family for being supportive and empathetic * Strong communicator with excellent grammar and spelling skills and fast, accurate typing * Tech-savvy individual who is comfortable using tools such as Slack, Intercom, and Google Docs * Team player who is at ease working in an open and collaborative environment * Flexible and willing to work weekend shifts **Essential Qualifications** * Experience in customer-facing service, such as retail, hospitality, online support, etc. (preferably) * Strong reading comprehension and listening skills, with the ability to identify the root of a customer's need * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with customer support software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk * Knowledge of DNS and email deliverability * Experience with internal reporting tools and documentation * Familiarity with arenaflex software platform (a plus) **What We Offer** As a Customer Support Technician at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development.
