**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include:
* Actively listening to and probing callers to determine the purpose of their calls in a professional and timely manner.
* Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
* Providing swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all internal and external customers, focusing on creating a great customer experience.
* Resolving issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment.
* Having access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities. Access to use and ability to disclose PHI is further defined by each organization/department.
* Effectively working with others and promoting teamwork to generate positive and creative results.
**Qualifications**
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you will need:
* Ability to work 2nd shift and every other weekend.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* One (1) year experience in customer service.
* Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload.
* Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
* Proficient in software programs and able to navigate between computer systems.
* Ability to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time.
* Travel is required for training and onsite orientation.
