As a Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of our stores. Your primary duties will include:
### Key Responsibilities
* **Customer Service:**
+ Assist customers in unloading merchandise from baskets
+ Package groceries and help customers transport their purchases from the store to their vehicles
+ Assist customers in locating merchandise and answering questions about products and services
* **Stocking / Sanitation:**
+ Gather baskets and pick up trash inside and outside the store
+ Maintain and stock bag areas, ensuring a clean and organized environment
+ Return products to their proper locations, maintaining store inventory and accuracy
+ Stock and stage bags, restock check stand supplies, and distribute Buddy Bucks to registers
+ Perform cart and parts basket relocation, power-washing basket relocation for department setup, and red basket fill-up/retrieval
+ Clean, mop, dust, sweep, and vacuum check stand areas, Return Centers, and CCO areas to maintain store cleanliness and safety
### Qualifications
* **Essential Qualifications:**
+ Completion of Company Orientation and Basics of Safety training (upon hire)
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency standards
+ Ability to work with customers, staying attentive to their needs and providing exceptional service
+ Ability to lift 55 lbs, and manage more than 55 lbs (up to 100 lbs)
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Previous customer service experience in a retail or similar environment
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and supportive attitude
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
